o Secretary
o Minutes from 2/1/09 were read and accepted
o Treasurer – Absent
o $2707.98 + petty cash = $2,856.92
o Rent is coming out: $140.42
o GSO, SENY and Intergroup contributions have yet to come out
o Co-Chair – Resigned
o Events – Joel (absent)
o Lauren resigned as events co chair
o Joel would like to schedule an events meeting on 2/19/09
o The priest is suppose to be getting back to us regarding the dance space at Our Lady of Pompeii
o Outreach – Meg/Kathleen
o Meg wants to make the EACYPAA Prom an outreach trip
o We can meet at Penn Station and take the LIRR
o Have been making announcements at meetings
o Bid Book – Laura
o Has been getting responses for bid book
o Going to send out list before the bid books go to print to get final update
o Going to bring requirement 7 for everyone to sign next time
o Going to bring requirement 8 next time for discussion

o Hilton is still at $250
o Waiting to hear back from Brooklyn Marriott
o Pier 94 on the west side would be $35,000 to rent for the event
