Quasi minutes from 12/7/08 reviewed and accepted.
Treasurer
$2,486.43 in the bank account, $153.01 in petty cash + 7th Tradition from 12/7/08.

Bayside Outreach trip was successful.
We should push to outreach ICYPAA at this point.

Old Business
Revision of 12th Step Call website blurb.
Daniel presented an updated blurb.
Some suggested changes.
Emphasis on keeping blurbs for visitors and newcomers separate.
We need to make sure that we don't duplicate Inter-Group's services.
Discussion of who is the best person to respond to potential callers.
We should do a test run before creating a separate chair position or distribution group.
Motion to begin distributing the 12th Step volunteer form: not seconded.
Josh will email out the forms and blurbs for review and we will revisit on January 4th.
January Dance.
Budget.
Venue rental has increased $200.
Joel volunteered to DJ our next dance and to research buying our own PA equipment.
Motion to keep the budget at $1,600: PASS.
Theme/Name.
Find Your Valentine.
Winter Theme.
Shivering Denizens.
ICY-NYCYPAA Dance.
We will email around suggestions and discuss further at an Events sub-committee meeting.
New Business
Elections.
Jamie made himself available.
Josh will email Jamie a list of open positions.
NERAASA.
Motion to book 1 hotel room for 2 nights: PASS.
EACYPAA.
There is no room block in the contract, therefore there isn't such a push to book hotel rooms this year.
Purchasing registration and banquet will help fund the convention.
