-Opened with the Serenity Prayer.

- $200 to LICYPAA
- Total in bank accnt: $3,745.02
- Petty Cash: $152.28
-$200 budget approved for Memorial Day Event (report accepted)

V. Bid Package
-Laura graduates college!!!
-Tomorrow will create pizza graphics for Bid Book (slices as requirements)
-Need to work on Bid Skit: putting by-laws on back-burner

VI. Bid Facilities- Daniel
- Report from LA host committee- $100,000.00 (cost of ICYPAA)
- Sound equipment- $30,000 (big chunk of cost)
- Waiting on hotel contracts, will have meeting this week

- we will find speakers for NYS convention (Josh @ 8:30am)
