A.YPAA Video: Josh received email from his treatment center about screening video and possibly using it.
Corey: Wants to send video to his Miami institution
Darren: Informed GSO about distribution, they said it was ok. GSO agreed with our report, and although the video has not been looked at, the report has been read by a lot of trustees. GSO wants to post the four submissions they received on their website (aa.org)
Daniel: Was approached by a Spanish speaker to get on the YPAA Video, may present a challenge with editing
Darren: Spanish speakers should make their own video, we’ll shoot it, but that’s it.
Can we make a subtitled/dubbed version?

B. Moving NYCYPAA?
Brian resigned, so does anyone else want to volunteer to head the search-committee? We’re going to table it into people want to volunteer

VI. New Business:
A. SENY Archive Committee
-Laura: Someone who is part of the Archive Committee—wants to include Young people in the SENY Archives. They want a paragraph.
-Darren: If we can stand it, we should probably do it.
-There is no history of us in our area.
-Laura: Motion to make a recommendation to the SENY Archives Committee to include a paragraph about the history of young people in their new handbook, Laura will start a draft:  Motion Passes.
B. Francesca’s Position
-Hasn’t shown up, but she’s the co-chair of prayer.
-If she continues to miss phone calls we will let her off the hook.
C. Kathleen wants a position!
-Darren: Nominate Kathleen for Treasurer.
In favor: 12
Abstentions: 1
Kathleen is new treasurer!!!
E. Dance:
-Outreach: We can still do a better job.
-Having event downtown possibly improved turnout. We didn’t have to clean up.
-We should probably stick to one venue (either Kareoke, Potluck, or Dance)
-MORE TECHNO MUSIC!!!
-Potluck: very difficult
-In the future we can budget for food.
