A. Secretary (Brian absent – Daniel proxies)
- 12/02/07 minutes are reviewed and accepted.

B. Treasurer (Darren)
- Deposited $2,417.00 dance
- Total in bank: $2,766.00
- Total cash on hand: $124.00
- Paid $155.00 rent

C. Co-chair (Josh)
- Nothing to report.

D. Events (Daniel)
- Karaoke, our lady of Pompeii - new business

E. Outreach (Jared)
- Updated meeting outreach list.

F. Bid Package (Catya)
- Bid book given to SENY archives chair.

G. Web (Tim)
- Minutes are up.

H. SENY Liaison (Dustina)
- Video played at SENY assembly- standing ovation

I. Intergroup (Tiffany)
- Phones 2nd Saturday in January - probably at Dana’s house.
- Has to resign as treasurer for next year

J. Graphics (Cory)
- will have new business cards printed up before next term

- Newcomer packets available

- Sat Jan 5th NYCYPAA outreach to Whitestone Group (Catya will find volunteers)

V. Old Business
A. Video Submission
- letter to Irene not sent
- Want to donate tapes to GSO archives
- Our issue is use not ownership
- Archives should send us a participant waiver
- Have GSO modify them for us, then we send forms to GSO let them deal with it
- Sent them DVD of our final video

B. Table ICYPAA discussion

A. Events - NAGL trip NERASSA weekend

B. Our event: to be held at Our Lady of Pompeii (Bleeker and Carmine off 6th Ave)

MOTION: to have dance Friday feb 15th
- 7 yes; 2 no; 2 abstaining
- MOTION PASSES

MOTION: to have karaoke 1st, then dancing
- 10 yes; 0 no; 1 abstaining
- MOTION PASSES

MOTION: to budget $1600 ($800 space, $400-500 entertainment, rest on refreshments and decorations)

C. Discussion of Potluck, Pizza, start time, meting time.
MOTION: to leave it up to dance committee to decide time, name and flyer

D. 5th Sunday fellowship
