Daniel reports on Dance
Dance was a success. Involvement and attendance were high.
Slight mixup over replacing tables and chairs at the end.
School Liaison: “Tables and chairs don’t need to be put back”
Security/Space Manager: “Yes they do.”
Outreach Report Skipped

Catya outreached the shit out of this dance.
High attendance from Boston
Should aim for a dance once every three months.

Visiting schools and sharing AA info, no qualifications.
Intergroup will do outreach with schools, wait for schools to respond,

• Tables and chair restored by security. Guard tipped. Manager tipped. All loose ends tied.
• Decoration budget ran over over, overage considered a donation.
• Requests for free beverages at the dance were denied, as we have an obligation to sell the refreshments we buy.
• Spiritual Connection to money needed for it to be used wisely.
• The money will be needed for
• Proceeds from the dance will be needed for ICYPAA bid.
• After bid, percentages will be allocated to A.A. Service bodies.

Barrett:
-Knows of N.F.P. legal service, cheap.
An agreement was made with Janusz’ lawyer re: credit for services.
Motion made to waive time requirement for Barrett’s Event’s Co-Chair position.

ICYPAA ADVISORY FEEDBACK
• Feedback already in from last year’s ICYPAA bid. Darren will email it to Laura.
YOUNG PEOPLE’S BOOK
• Feedback and writing sessions to take place for Foreword to entire book and section intros.
• Section assignments to be organized via email.
• Meeting and writing session to take place weekend of December 10th before regular meeting.
