Treasurer
-Currently have 742.50 before 7th tradition
-Includes money from dodgeball
-$225 was given to dodgeball

-Got employer ID number
-Next step is to apply for exemption, Jason has booklets

-Dodgeball was a success, made aproximately $220

Literature
-Working on getting in touch with people from outer boroughs YP meetings
-Rakhel needs help

SENY Liasion
-Went to Nassau County conference
-Heard delegate talk about General Service Conference
-NYSIW information
-Has information and fliers on events in SENY
-Discussion that the two young peoples pamphlets have been approved
-Too Young
-Young People in AA- evidence that Legal letters have been considered. Not sure if we
-2 Young peoples videos, looks like they are being taken out of circulation. Making new one

Intergroup Representative
-2 people have said "maybe" to Bill W. Dinner dance
-3 people said yes
-Mandi cannot make the exchange meeting on June 10th doors open at 730 starts at 9, suggestion that we go at 630
-Requests that someone go
-Point that we dont usually participate in the speaker exchange because we are not a group, we are a service entity.
-Suggestion that we might need forum
-June 10th we're answering phones, need people to answer phones and house to hold it out

Graphics
-Cory in Tuscon and working on business cards

Bid Package Chair
-Next week Bid Committee not meeting (5/28)
-Stickers- We have our sticker idea
-Problem with having the website on the sticker
-Darren will give Hodet the $30 approved
-Janusz suggests ways to have cheaper stickers
-Trying to get pre-registration flier circulated
-Darren is working on the letter to be approved by SENY
-Question of why we are only making 200 and not 1000
-Suggestion of being modest with the committee considering the attendance at Bid Committee meetings
-Hotels will be discussed at brief bid committee meeting
-Have contract and proposal from Downtown hotel
-Preconference event- looking at cruise
-Working every Sunday in June
-Hodet doesnt have funds to go to ICYPAA

Prayer Chair
-We dont have one

Ad Hoc committee-
-No one will sit on the committee from the people Darren has asked
-Darren is writing up suggestions from various members with experiences with conferences

Outreach Break
-Brought guest to speak on outreach and how we can be of service
-Janusz shares his experience
-Connect with other groups that work with young people (example of Not a Glum Lot)
-Outreach is all of our individual responsibilities
-EACYPAA is next weekend
-How are we going to outreach our committee at EACYPAA

Old Business
-New Member packet-
-Janusz reads Newcomer Packet
-MOTION to accept Newcomer Packet
Is literature chair responsible for revising the packet?
We need to add that "all alcoholics EXCEPT THE CHAIR may vote"

-Suggestion that there be an added section on subcommittees (to more show what we do)
-that daniel write up revision and give to literature chair

-Suggestion that at each meeting we have fliers
-Next NYCYPAA meeting Jared will have fliers to give us to outreach

-Catya couldnt get P.O. Box together
-MOTION we make available the funds to get a P.O. Box for a year

-Bank Account is going to cost $15 a month until we have non profit status

-SENY is hosting
-Having a panel on Young People's service
-We got Saturday night slot
-We've been asked to find people who can sit on panel in central New York, "Hudson Mohawk Berkshire" area
-Stonypoint New York in Rockland County at Stonypoint Center
-$175 for whole weekend
-One day is $10

-Discussion on outreaching through myspace
-Discussion of con and 11th tradition
-Pro- it would be there for informational purposes only
-Suggestion that we dont take friends and explain why
-Send message to other committees who have myspace accounts
-Suggest that Jared look into this
-Question of whether or not befriending other committees are a huge problem
-Suggestion that we state our policy clearly

-Mandi wants to know who is willing to definately go

-Hodet cannot afford to go to ICYPAA so who will we get to represent us?

Detroit passed on debt to ICYPAA from "nicknacks"
Rest of AA looks at with skepticism
Suggestion that we are careful with what we invest in
Past committees have gone into debt and have always had excessive "stuff"
Hodet suggests find new ways to promote unity

-MOTION to increase funds for bid committee from $30 to $100
Discussion of attraction rather than promotion
