  7. New Business

    •  How to handle money from the Bid Committee?   2 treasuries?   Divided?

-Discussion pointed out that our current structure has the bid committee as a subcommittee of NYCYPAA and therefore, as with all subcommittees, the money is organized through the NYCYPAA treasury.

-No action taken, as our current structure is sufficient.   Treasurer will keep track of how much money comes in through the bid committee.

    •  NYCYPAA Elections

-Will be held on 3.5.06.   We need a flyer by 2.5.06 to properly outreach the elections.

    •  New York Informational Workshop is being hosted in August 2006 by SENY.   The planning committee has formed and meets monthly.   The yearly event brings AA service geeks from all over New York State together for a weekend to discuss and share experiences.   SENY is willing to consider a young people's panel of some type.   Darren asks that NYCYPAA attend future planning meetings for the purpose of asking for a YP panel at the 2006 informational workshop.

    Motion passed, unanimous
