-NHLD called itself a YP meeting for our meeting list.

-Outreach for video screening went well.

•  Web

-The “Need Help?” page is up.

-NHLD is added to the list on the web page, needs more info about other meetings who have approved to be listed before he can post them on the site.

-Needs Hodet's contact info to set up her email address @nycypaa.org.

-Wondering if NYCYPAA website should post events that are not NYCYPAA hosted.

-Meetings are being added to the meeting list and she is continuing to work on it.

• Old Business

A.   New-comer Packets.

-Daniel, or whoever was supposed to email them, forgot to send them out to everyone after the last meeting, but he sent them to everyone this morning.

-Tabled until next meeting.

•  New Business

A.   MOTION: That we post events that are not NYCYPAA hosted on the NYCYPAA website.

-Janusz suggests that we only post events that others have requested be posted on our site.

-However, we do not want to limit the events that are posted on our site to those that contact us first.

-We wonder how we will be able to get all the info for these events without putting too much work on the web-chair.

-Phil & Jared suggest creating an open forum / message board on the site which people could post events on.

- VOTE : unanimous — MOTION PASSES

B.   Janusz makes a motion that NYCYPAA write a letter to GSO stating that we feel that young people should be more directly involved in the revision of the Young People videos.

-There has been a lot of interest from Young People in actively making these videos.

- VOTE : unanimous — MOTION PASSES

- Janusz volunteers to write the letter.

C.   Rakhel is meeting with Tiffany from Arms Acres on Thursday.   Tiffany wants us to take meetings to Arms Acres once a week instead of once a month.

-Young and Wise, and YES both have newly elected H&I reps that have not adopted meetings yet.   We have liaisons for NYCYPAA in both of these meetings and we could possibly coordinate with one of them to commit to taking meetings to the Arms Acres out patient, which we would volunteer our services at as much as possible.

-Rakhel will ask Tiffany if she knows of any other YP institutions that need to have meetings brought in.

•  Closing

-Serenity Prayer
