Motion that the event costs $5. We will use our best judgment if someone doesn't have enough money.
Unanimously Passed.

Graphics Chair makes the flyers. Austin will hook us up. Hardcopies,
Secretary will email the information.

Flyer for the new location?
Have a handout that can be left someplace.

Janusz Attended the SENY Assembly.
There was much talk about young people's matters and we heard a report from the General Service Conference.
Many people talked positively about having young people involved in the making of yp videos and pamphlets.

Darren asked if NYCYPAA as a committee would be interested to participate in writing letters concerning young people's literature, videos, and/or local area service structures.
General Sense of the Meeting: substantial unanimity.
SENY Rep should be directly involved.

Daniel brought up the following issues:
Who do we serve?
Who do we represent?
Motion: Table this discussion until next time.
What are we here for? What is our mandate?
