We will talk about accepting donations in new business.

Outreach
Janusz is putting together an outreach trip to Brooklyn.
He would like a flyer to describe our weekly meeting.
We discussed having a more regularly scheduled set of outreach events that happen as a group.

Literature
Mandi: Slow start on the YP Meeting list, but she'll have more time when finals are over. She'll be stuffing literature at Intergroup on Saturday from 9-12.

SENY Rep
Nothing new to report.

Intergroup Rep
Nothing new to report.
Janina is frustrated with her Intergroup position. She doesn't feel like her position is clear, and feels unwelcome at intergroup. She's having a hard time figuring out what to do.
Some suggestions were made: being involved with the Big Meeting, the Bill W. Dinner Dance, the H/I meeting, and/or the quarterly meeting.

Phil amends for being absent in previous weeks.

Bylaws Report
Jason made the changes we determined last week.
We will have a bylaws subcommittee meeting, this Wednesday, 7pm at John H.'s apt. 812 Broadway.

Old Business
We vetted about communicating, events, outreach, etc.

New Business
We decided for the time being to accept donations from AA groups and committees, but not to solicit them.

We decided to encourage people to attend the SENY Assembly, but not to "outreach" it.

Andrew's suggestion is that we consider a pool tournament.

Janina asked that we discuss a system to email and communicate successfully.
